Qualified papers proceed to a double-blind review by three experts based on criteria like originality, clarity, relevance, and contribution. Final acceptance depends on the second-round review.
Accepted papers will be published in the pre-conference proceedings (soft copy with an ISBN number) on the ICCCNP2025 website, provided the authors register and present their papers.
